Energy Performance Certificates
Your local Exeter EPC service
An EPC records the assessed energy performance of a property, gives it a rating from A to G and sets out recommendations that may improve efficiency.
Greener EPC helps landlords, homeowners and property professionals who need a certificate for letting, selling, remortgaging or reviewing planned improvements.
What happens at the assessment?
The assessor records details including the property's construction, heating, hot water, insulation, glazing and fixed lighting. Access to all rooms and the loft hatch, where relevant, helps the appointment run smoothly.
